Measuring ROI can be a difficult and time-consuming process, but it is essential in order to demonstrate the success of your campaigns. The following is a checklist of things to keep in mind when measuring the ROI of your marketing campaigns.

  • (3) Collect data on the metrics pre- and post-process improvement implementation.
